Public Relations Officer for Aggrieved MenzGold Customers Amankwa Baffour has stated that founder and owner of defunct gold dealership firm MenzGold Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM 1) is not above the laws of the country and must be arrested.
He said the laws of Ghana must be enforced to trigger Nana Appiah Mensah to refund all accrued debts to his 600,000 customers in the Country lamenting that about fifty-five of his colleagues have passed away due to poverty.
Nana Appiah Mensah is said to have signed a new musician with a huge amount and this has triggered the anger of his customers.
According to the customers although government has freezed some properties belonging to Nana Appiah Mensah he is still operating some companies and creating new once in the country.
“NAM 1 was not defrauding Ghanaians because how can a fraud company sponsor Ghana premier league, supporting first lady Mrs. Rebecca Akuffo foundation, he also won the best entrepreneurs award” he told Host Of Obuoba Fm’s Morning Show Nana Darkwa.
Mr. Amankwah Baffour said they are appealing to the government of Ghana to execute the rule of law and order Mr. Appiah to pay them with immediate effect.
