A former deputy general secretary of the NDC Mr. Koku Anyidoho with a humble voice is appealing to the NPP government, led by His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah to with immediate effect reconstruct the Ho main road to ease traffic in the capital city.
Mr. Anyidoho who lost their national executive elections to his boss Asiedu Nketia is of the view that, Nana Addo is president for all and therefore has the right to pour out his grievances before him.
There are some major road under construction in the Volta region alongside the eastern corridor road which started in the erstwhile john mahama regime.
The minister of information announced last week that, Nana Addo Danquah will in two working days tour the Volta region starting from today (Monday) to observe for himself ongoing works and cut sod for the commencement of some major projects and also visit some secondary schools.
Mr anyidoho who is now said to be a social commentator wants to use the president’s tour as an opportunity to pour out their head aching problem before him.
“I am ready to pay a visit on him(Nana Addo ) at his residency in Ho and talk to him, the road minister Hon Kwasi Amoako Atta and my dear friend who is the regional minister Hon. Archibald Letsa and go as far as kneeling down to beg them to reconstruct our road for us “.he said
“The region is not for one person so we all have responsibilities of helping develop the region “he added.
It will be recalled that the NDC in their “green book” captured the Ho road as one of their achievements.
